Return Policy
We understand that not everything you purchase will be the right match and a return can be necessary. If you do wish to return something, you can find all the information and the right return address here. In case you are unsure or have any question do not hesitate to contact us at any time during the process.
General Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return it (14 days for Ireland domestic return).
Please note returns are not eligible for custom orders. To be eligible a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for pierced earrings.
All sale items purchased are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or return, except for an exchange. Postage will be at the buyer’s expense.
We recommend sending the package insured and with a tracking number to make sure your parcel is secured in case of damage or loss. It also allows you to track your parcel and know exactly when it arrives in our warehouse. We shall assume no liability for lost or damaged returns.
Why we don't offer free returns
To contribute to environmental protection by reducing CO₂ emissions, we have decided not to offer free returns. We are happy to take the time to help you find pieces you will love. If you have any questions about styles, please reach out to us or discuss with us for custom made orders.
Refund
Once we receive the shipment, we aim to process it within seven working days and refund you to your original payment method. You will receive confirmation from us as soon as the amount has been refunded. If you need further information or assistance regarding your return and refund items, please send us a message here.
